This moisturiser is handmade in Leith Edinburgh. It is packed with organic ingredients which will hydrate the skin. It contains pure organic Geranium essential oil which will help keep sebum levels in balance. Organic Lavender oil will soothe & calm the skin to prevent unwanted breakouts.

Suitable for combination or spot prone skin N.B not suitable for eczema & psoriasis as it contains !% essential oils.

Lavender Organic Essential Oil - is packed with antioxidants & it may help protect your skin from damaging free radicals, which contribute to fine lines and wrinkles.

Geranium Organic Essential Oil - is astringent which may help tighten the pores.

Organic Jojoba oil – is similar to human sebum. Jojoba oil is a naturally derived liquid wax containing important vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, making it the ideal cosmetic ingredient for skin care products. It is particularly effective in facial care products, as it helps to remove excess oils and sinks into the skin with ease.

Jojoba oil is unique as when it is absorbed by the skin it penetrates through the hair follicles instead of coating the skin, allowing the skin to "breathe". It also contains vitamin E, B-complex vitamins and the minerals silicon, chromium, copper and zinc.

It is an excellent for protecting the skin from cold, water, wind and pollution as it forms a transparent, protective film on the skin, which prevents transepidermal water loss (TWL).

Organic Shea Butter – This butter is extracted from the Shea nut. Shea butter is hailed for its protecting and emollient properties.

Vitamin E Natural Oil - Vitamin E is an incredibly effective antioxidant it may protecting skin cells and membranes from environmental damage. This protection extends to stopping damage to the skin from UV rays, pollutants and aging. It deeply moisturises the skin whilst allowing the skin to breathe and function naturally, studies also show it may help prevent melanin deposits . This oil is vital to the protection and preservation of skin, It may reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Preservative Eco – Benzyl Alcohol / Salicylic Acid / Glycerine / Sorbic Acid – Plant based preservative which provides protection against bacteria, yeasts and moulds. Non-paraben, non-formaldehyde, non-isothiazolinone based preservative system. Approved by the Soil Association for use in organic cosmetics.

Saccharide Isomerate Plus - Is a 100% natural made from plant derived glucose and fructose whereby the atoms are so arranged as to be identical to the carbohydrate complex (NMF) found in human skin. This means that it binds with the natural skin complex. It pulls moisture from the atmosphere and product rather than the skin, therefore ensuring deeper hydration. It also Contains Vitamin C.

Cetearyl Alcohol – Plant-derived stabiliser for emulsions. Its cosmetic effect is an emollient, making the skin soft and smooth. Prevents the cream from going rancid.
